If you are interested in exploring counselling with me or have any questions about my approach, then please get in touch by email in the first instance – I will always aim to reply within 24 hours whenever possible. If it feels suitable, we can then arrange an initial session (in person or online) at a mutually convenient time.
This is a kind of trial session where we can both get a sense of what it would be like to work together and whether we want to continue with ongoing sessions. Ongoing work is once-weekly, and we will agree a fixed day and time for your sessions.

For in person counselling, I work from comfortable and confidential rooms in central Southampton, close to the main university campus – click here for more details.
My standard fee is £50 per session, for both in person and online counselling.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice must still be paid for.
I have a small number of reduced-fee spaces for clients on low incomes (including students), and this is something that we can discuss in our initial session.
